MOSAIC multicultural awareness digital magazine

Multicultural Organisation – Staff Awareness, Innovation and Capability (MOSAIC) magazine aims to enhance cultural awareness and promote inclusive practices and behaviours across the APS.
MOSAIC magazine showcases the skills required for all APS staff to be culturally literate and aware, underpinning an inclusive and safe workforce. The self-paced content allows you to learn while in the flow of work. You can explore the content in any order you choose. Within the magazine you will find well-researched intercultural frameworks used in global organisations, as well as activities, questionnaires, self-reflection opportunities and downloadable toolkits to support you in growing your multicultural awareness. The magazine also includes a journal entry feature which allows you to record your reflections to guiding questions. These will be captured to create a personalised action plan that you can print or download upon completion.
