The following mandatory learning must be completed before access can be granted:

  1. Privacy Awareness
  2. Security Awareness
  3. Records Management

Depending on your role in the organisation and what you request, you may be granted one of the following roles:

  • Reporting Officer: Run reports for organisational learners.
  • Cohort Manager: Support annual training or manage organisational learners.
  • Temporary Cohort Manager: Manage a one-off group booking (access for 1 month).
