MOSAIC - Part Two: Leading multicultural teams

The Multicultural Organisation – Staff Awareness, Innovation and Capability (MOSAIC) magazine aims to enhance multicultural awareness and culturally inclusive practices and behaviours across the APS. This learning experience supports APS 6 to Senior Executive Service (SES) leaders to champion cultural diversity and inclusion in their teams and organisations. It helps managers and leaders to lead culturally safe workplaces and prevent racial discrimination.
This learning experience has been provided by the Australian Public Service Commission in partnership with the Department of the Prime Minister and Cabinet, the Department of Home Affairs and the Department of Finance.

- The MOSAIC magazine is self-paced. Participants are encouraged to not schedule in heavy work activity immediately following the course and encouraged to take breaks between modules to consolidate learning and/or if emotionally impacted by the content.
- MOSAIC - Part One: Growing multicultural awareness is a pre-requisite to completing MOSAIC - Part Two: Leading multicultural teams.
