Training venues
The APS Academy is located at the Museum of Australian Democracy (MoAD) in Old Parliament House. Most face-to-face training conducted for mixed agency delivery will be held in a MoAD training room. Detailed maps are below.
Once you book into a session, you will receive a confirmation email with the session details. It is recommended to arrive 15 minutes prior to the start of the session.

Infrastructure Projects
Major infrastructure projects, including the Commonwealth Avenue Bridge Renewal Project and Light Rail Stage 2B, may cause travel disruptions and delays around Canberra.
Commonwealth Avenue Bridge Renewal Project
The National Capital Authority is undertaking major renewal works of Commonwealth Avenue Bridge until late 2027. The project involves bridge strengthening and widening of the shared paths.

Light rail - Stage 2A City to Commonwealth Park
Light Rail Stage 2A will extend the light rail system from Alinga Street to Commonwealth Park. The 1.7km extension will follow along London Circuit West and is expected to be completed in 2027.
