The Service Mapping 101 Guide is designed for system stewards, policy makers and service providers working to improve human services. It equips you with the skills and knowledge to create service maps and use them as a tool for better decision-making.

This learning experience is provided by the Department of the Prime Minister & Cabinet in partnership with The Cabinet Office, New South Wales.
