The Engagement and Partnership Learning Pathway supports APS employees at all levels to build capability in Engagement and Partnership craft.

Designed by the APS Academy, this pathway provides a starting point for learners to explore various learning offerings under Engagement and Partnership craft. The path is divided into three segments: Foundation, Build on and expand, and Complimentary skills. By allocating curated learning to these proficiencies, the pathway targets users at all levels and stages of their learning journey.

The pathway is designed to be flexible and self-directed. Learners can use it to map a learning journey based on their role, experience and development needs, selecting learning that is most relevant to them. It can also be used by teams and managers to support capability development.

This learning experience has been provided by the APS Academy.
