The APS Agency Engagement Maturity Assessment is a tool to assess the maturity of supports an agency has in place to build capability to effectively engage. Agencies can use the assessment to help identify any engagement capability gaps and support a culture of continuous improvement. It supports agencies to embed behavioural and cultural changes into their engagement functions and roles. 

This learning experience has been provided by the APS Reform office.
