Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Workforce Strategy 2020-24
The Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Workforce Strategy 2020-24 (the Strategy) talks about what the Australian Public Service (APS) and the Commonwealth public sector will do to better support Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples in APS workplaces.
It applies applies across the entire Commonwealth public sector, including the Australian Defence Force, the Australian Federal Police and Australia Post.
The Strategy has 3 focus areas:

- Career pathways
- Career development and advancement.
