Organisations and businesses have a legal obligation to actively prevent workplace sexual harassment, sex discrimination and other relevant unlawful conduct in workplaces. 

The Sex Discrimination website brings together a comprehensive set of guides and resources to support individuals and organisations to better understand, prevent and address workplace sexual harassment, including positive duty. 

This learning experience has been provided by the Australian Human Rights Commission.
