The Digital Profession's Members' community brings together individuals who work in digital, data, technology and related fields in the APS to support the delivery of simple, smart and secure government services. It encompasses a broad range of disciplines, including AI, digital strategy, service design, user research, project delivery, data analytics, cybersecurity, software development, and technology management. The community is an online, cross-agency and cross-government space for building capability, sharing expertise, fostering collaboration, and developing a skilled workforce that can meet the evolving needs of the APS and public expectations of government services.

Sub-communities on specific disciplines are run by members for members. They feature news and posts relating to the specific challenges of working in digital in the APS.

Who is this Profession suitable for

Australian Government employees who plan to or are undertaking ICT digital activities within their agency. This community is also open to state, territory and local government employees. Access is granted if you have a gov.au email domain.
