To start a content strategy, you will need to involve senior executives and persuade them to give you the go-ahead.

Why a content strategy

Your content strategy should govern all content created by your agency.

It will:

  • define a process and a structure for content that meets your user needs
  • align your people and processes to the agency goals
  • enable you to manage content in an efficient and cost-effective manner
  • help you maintain, improve and remove content
