Lunch and Learn Session 1 - Real work, real AI
From professional development to safe doughnut frying
Let's be honest, most AI training focuses on the basics: how to prompt, what models can do, why context matters. But what about the work that actually fills your calendar? The briefing notes, meetings and stakeholder communications that make up your actual Tuesday, or the professional development plan that you've never had time to create?
Join us for a practical, no-nonsense look at using AI for real APS tasks, featuring real examples (including the great doughnut safety incident of 2025). We’ll show you how to frame prompts effectively, explain why humans still matter in the loop, and demonstrate how storytelling techniques can transform even the driest content.
This isn’t about replacing your judgement—it’s about making your workday more efficient, and maybe a bit sweeter.
