APS Leadership Edge Community

APS Leadership Edge Community is a social learning program which will enable EL 2's to develop their leadership and management skills through a range of resources, communities and activities.

The program will provide opportunities to embed learnings through practical application and expand professional networks across the APS through discussions in communities and undertaking a variety of learning activities. Participants will also have access to the APS Leadership Edge masterclasses.

This content has been provided by the APS Academy.

Participant benefit

  • Connect and widen networks amongst peers by contributing within discussions and learning activities. 
  • Hear shared experiences and gain insights into the work and ways of working across the APS from others.
  • Access single library for latest information and resources for EL2s across the service.
  • Develop a better understanding of the APS Leadership Edge Premium program.
  • Develop skills to pass on learning to colleagues.

Considerations

  • ​APS Leadership Edge Community will be delivered virtually through the Cahoot Learning platform. Platform and associated email addresses may need to be whitelisted with your agency.
  • If you are enrolled in APS Leadership Edge you will be automatically enrolled into this learning experience.

Accessing the program 

  • Registrations opened in January 2025 and close 30 June 2025.
  • Access to the Cahoot Learning platform will be granted within 3-4 business days of registration.  Rolling on boarding means you will have full access and support to complete APS Leadership Edge whether you registered in January or register in June.

Suitable for

EL2s and high performing EL1s with supervisor support.

Category and user level

This learning experience aligns with the Leadership and Management Craft at the Practitioner level.

$150 per attendee. Payment by credit card.
