Delegates are required to pursue value for money when undertaking procurements and consider a range of factors when approving procurement activities. Delegates must be aware of the intended approach to market and, depending on the nature, complexity and risk of the procurement, be involved in the planning phase. They must ensure they are provided sufficient documentation and information to enable them to make informed decisions.

This course is a high-level overview of the procurement framework as it relates to non-SES delegates. It expands on the roles and responsibilities of non-SES delegates when making decisions and approving procurement activities.
