Australia’s workforce is undergoing profound demographic transformation, yet ageism remains one of the most prevalent and accepted forms of discrimination in Australian workplaces.

In this MasterCraft session, Age Discrimination Commissioner Robert Fitzgerald AM will share insights from recent research and practice on building age-inclusive workplaces. Drawing on the Australian Human Rights Commission’s work, Robert will outline practical strategies APS leaders and employees can implement to combat ageism, support career development across the lifespan, and unlock the economic and social benefits of an age-diverse workforce. The session will provide actionable guidance for creating workplace cultures where capability – not age – determines opportunity.

*Please note this event will be recorded. You can view this video and other MasterCraft Series events here.
