Many Cultures, One APS is a video storytelling project sharing the real-life experiences of Australian Public Service (APS) culturally and linguistically diverse (CALD) staff and is designed to inform, inspire, spark curiosity and encourage empathy.
This project supports APS-wide implementation of the APS CALD Employment Strategy and uplifts workforce cultural capability by building cultural literacy and awareness, and helping create more culturally safe and inclusive workplaces, enabling all APS employees to thrive.
This learning experience has been provided by the Australian Public Service Commission.
