Australian Government Consulting (AGC) is a management consulting service for the APS, by the APS. Helping the APS to ‘buy-better’ from external consultants is a core part of our mission.

The insights into consulting practice supplement the APS Strategic Commissioning Framework and Australian Government procurement policy. The focus of this Playbook is on maximising value for money once you have determined that it is appropriate to engage external support.
