This course is available anytime and is delivered by Virtual Self-Directed.

This course explores the importance of reflecting on the resilience of our organisations and learning from our response to the COVID-19 pandemic early on while the experience is fresh. It also highlights the importance of taking a structured approach to planning a successful recovery from a crisis when moving out of the response phase.

This learning experience has been provided by Finance.

Participant benefits

  • Describe how to incorporate lessons learned after the course to transition from response phase to transition, management and recovery.

Suitable for

All staff. For all Commonwealth officials, regardless of level or role, who need to understand basic risk management concepts and how risk is managed in the Commonwealth.
