ACCELERATE is a training program aimed at staff who deliver technical training, present information or facilitate the delivery of learning in a virtual environment.

The purpose of this ACCELERATE2Train course is to provide participants with the opportunity to gain valuable skills and knowledge in training techniques when delivering in a virtual environment. 

This learning experience has been provided by Services Australia. 

Important: This program provides techniques for delivering learning in a virtual environment.

Participant benefits 

  • Define the skills and characteristics of an effective trainer.
  • Prepare for training and modify content.
  • Examine Work Health and Safety considerations.
  • Communicate and build relationships in virtual training.
  • Manage challenging situations and increase engagement in virtual training.
  • Build skills and capabilities in Microsoft Teams. 

Suitable for 

APS 4 – EL 2 who delivers training in a virtual environment. 

Category and User Level 

This learning experience is part of the ACCELERATE program and aligns with the Engagement & Partnership Craft at the Foundation level. 

Considerations 

  • There is a pre-work component that is required to be completed prior to the commencement of the program.

Price

$152.10 per attendee. Payment by invoice.
