SFIA Week 2026 programme - All Events

The Australia and New Zealand SFIA Week 2026 is a multi-day virtual event bringing together digital, technology, workforce, learning and capability professionals to explore the practical application of the Skills Framework for the Information Age (SFIA). Across five days, participants will hear from government, industry and capability leaders on how SFIA is being used to support workforce planning, career development, recruitment, learning design, skills assessment and organisational capability uplift.

The program includes keynote presentations, case studies, panel discussions and practitioner-led sessions covering topics such as skills-based workforce strategies, capability frameworks, learning and development, digital transformation, cyber workforce planning and emerging approaches to workforce capability management.

Participants will learn how organisations across Australia and New Zealand are applying SFIA to strengthen workforce capability, create clearer career pathways, improve recruitment practices and support strategic workforce planning in increasingly complex digital environments.

This event is delivered by the SFIA Foundation and regional SFIA practitioners as part of the annual Australia and New Zealand SFIA Week program.
