Accessibility isn't just about accommodating disability. It's about giving people more ways to participate, communicate and get things done. And AI is expanding what's possible.

This session* explores how built-in accessibility capabilities and Copilot can work together to reduce barriers and adapt technology to different needs. We'll look at four everyday experiences: focus and comprehension, accessing spoken information, seeing and navigating content, and communication and input.

We'll show you the established accessibility capabilities within Microsoft tools and how they and AI can complement each other, from reducing cognitive load and making information easier to understand, to participating in conversations, navigating without traditional input methods and communicating in the way that works best for you.

You'll leave with practical ideas for using accessibility and AI to create more inclusive experiences, not just for people with disability, but for everyone.

*Please note this event will be recorded. You can view this video and other MasterCraft Series events here.

Tracey Dowling, Agentic AI Cloud Solution Architect, Microsoft

Tracey Dowling is an Agentic AI Cloud Solution Architect at Microsoft, working with Australian Federal Government organisations to turn the promise of AI into practical, secure and genuinely useful ways of working. With more than 20 years’ experience spanning technology, operations, customer success and organisational change, Tracey has built a reputation for connecting people, simplifying complexity and turning ambitious ideas into outcomes that stick. She is an experienced facilitator and presenter who works comfortably from executive strategy through to hands-on enablement, with a particular passion for Copilot and AI adoption, accessibility, and encouraging girls into STEM. A born-and-bred Canberran, Tracey brings plenty of energy, curiosity and pragmatism to her work, and particularly enjoys the challenge of making emerging technology understandable, useful and relevant to the people who will actually use it.

Anthony Dusan, APSC
