The Australian Public Service (APS) Academy has officially launched its extended Senior Executive Service (SES) Executive Coaching offering, recognising that leadership development does not begin or end in the classroom.
Now available before, during and after APS Academy SES leadership programs, SES Executive Coaching provides senior leaders with practical, personalised support aligned to real work challenges. Coaching creates space to reflect, strengthen judgement and build confidence when navigating complexity, change and accountability at the highest levels of the APS.
SES Executive Coaching supports leaders to embed learning over time, translate insight into action and sustain momentum well beyond formal programs. This APS Academy learning offering aims to build stronger leadership capability, foster greater resilience and deliver better outcomes for leaders, agencies and the broader public service.
Who should attend
SES leaders who are enrolled in, currently participating in, or alumni of APS Academy SES leadership development programs.
Special considerations
Senior leaders who are not a future, current participant or alumnus of our programs, may be considered by exception.
