Strategic liaisons between HR functions and business areas are fundamental to delivering quality HR outcomes in the APS. HR practitioners must possess the ability to work closely with business to shape and implement effective HR strategies and programs.

This course provides HR professionals with a foundational introduction to the role HR practitioners have in helping to build organisational and people capabilities by partnering with business. It also covers the fundamental strategies required to develop HR solutions within the APS context.

This content has been provided by the Australian Taxation Office (ATO), with the support of the Department of Health and Department of Home Affairs.
