The APS Centre of Excellence for Workforce Planning aims to build workforce planning capability across the APS. The team consists of experts that provide hands-on support and tools for strategic workforce planning to APS departments and agencies, and capability development to workforce planners and strategists in the APS.

Presenters

Grace Liew

Grace is the Senior Advisor supporting the APS Centre of Excellence for Workforce Planning in building workforce planning capability across the APS. Grace brings over 15 years of experience in strategic planning, organisational performance and processes.

David Duong

David is an Assistant Director in the APS Centre of Excellence for Workforce Planning who specialises in using research and data to provide an evidence-based approach for decision making.
