It’s important to not only decide what skills and knowledge you want to develop, but also how you’re going to learn them.

You can use this development planning template to identify the learning experiences you’ll use to develop your skills and knowledge. Check the resource Continuous Learning methods – When and where they happen to consider and choose the best continuous learning experiences for you.

The Continuous Learning Model includes a range of learning experiences and methods (Work, People, Courses and Resources). Using a range of experiences will enable you to learn and adapt at the speed of change.
