The ‘Change and Collaboration Collective’ GovTeams community was set up in 2021 by the Department of Home Affairs, Portfolio Change Stewardship Office (PCSO).

Change and Collaboration Collective is a Change Management Community of Practice. It aims to deepen understanding of Change Management principles and approaches across the APS. It also provides ongoing opportunities for continued development.

To further collaborate with CoP members, a GovTeams community page has been established that includes:

  • monthly Change Management online events (future and past sessions)
  • articles and resources about Change Management
  • information about PSCO staff, courses and support.
