Strong leadership is built on trust, connection and a genuine commitment to the wellbeing of others. In this TED Talk, leadership expert Simon Sinek explores how effective leaders create environments where people feel safe, valued and supported, enabling teams to collaborate, innovate and perform at their best.

Drawing on examples from business, the military and organisational leadership, Sinek argues that great leaders place the needs of their people first and foster a culture of trust and belonging. He highlights the role leaders play in creating psychological safety, particularly during times of uncertainty and change.

This learning experience has been provided through TED Talks by Simon Sinek, author of Start With Why.
