Implementation
Implementation is where a learning program is made ready for release and ongoing use. It focuses on confirming the solution works for real users through final user acceptance testing, capturing essential corporate knowledge so the learning can be supported and improved over time, and managing working and final files so the correct, approved materials are easy to find and use.
Strong implementation reduces risk, avoids rework, supports good recordkeeping, and ensures learners have a smooth, reliable experience from day one.
Before Publishing
Before publishing, implementation confirms the learning is ready to release by completing final user acceptance testing, validating usability, accessibility and completion rules, and resolving any issues. It also ensures corporate knowledge and approvals are captured and that only the correct, final files are published, protecting quality, reducing risk and avoiding rework

Checks to complete
Completing required checks before release is critical to ensure a new learning product is accurate, accessible, and aligned with APS standards, supporting consistent application and a high‑quality learner experience. Final checks provide assurance that governance, content integrity, and technical requirements have been met, reducing risk and enabling effective, fit‑for‑purpose learning outcomes.
