Evaluating Regulatory Systems MicroCert

Strong regulatory policies ensure governments can work effectively and serve their populations. In this learning experience, you will analyse the key legal, democratic, and ethical principles that should guide regulators as stewards of the regulatory system. You'll use regulatory case studies to understand the relationship between the quality of regulatory processes and the performance of the regulatory system. Understanding how to critically analyse regulatory systems will support your ability to make decisions that are in the public interest.
The duration of learning is approximately 42 hours over 6 weeks. This includes self-paced online activities and facilitated virtual seminars.
