Human Resources (HR) data is used in almost every aspect of recruitment, retention, development, innovation and monitoring of workforce productivity.

Data skills are essential for all APS employees to support evidence-based and informed decision-making. Data skills assist in improving operational efficiency, efficient resource allocation and management, and engagement with stakeholders.

HR practitioners must know how to gather and interpret data for sound decision-making and problem solving. This module provides an introduction to these critical skills.
