Change & Collaboration Collective:

The ‘Change & Collaboration Collective’ GovTeams community was set up in 2021 by the Department of Home Affairs, Portfolio Change Stewardship Office (PCSO).

The Change & Collaboration Collective is an APS wide Change Management & Collaboration Community of Practice. It aims to deepen understanding of Change Management & Collaboration principles and approaches across the APS. It also provides ongoing opportunities for continued development.

To further collaborate with CoP members, a GovTeams community page has been established that includes:

• past session presentations
• recordings
• articles and resources
