Engagement and Partnerships Capability Hub
The APS Engagement and Partnerships Capability Hub supports APS employees and agencies to build their capacity to genuinely partner and engage to develop more fit-for-purpose policies and services. This includes partnering with First Nations people, communities and organisations, and engaging with people and communities, non-government sectors, academia and industries.
The Charter of Partnerships and Engagement (as well as the Good Practice Guidance and Agency Maturity Assessment) support agencies and employees to build capability to develop more responsive policies and programs.
The First Nations Partnership Playbook guides public servants to build strong and enduring partnerships with First Nations peoples, communities and organisations. It is a first step towards consistent partnership skills and practices throughout the APS. It is accompanied by complementary tools and resources for understanding partnership with First Nations people.
