This course is available anytime and is delivered by Virtual Self-Directed.

The Regulatory Professional Practice Support Program (the Program) has been designed to support regulatory practitioners to navigate immediate challenges and strengthen commonly required skills and capabilities. A suite of curated artefacts, tools and support materials has been developed, to guide professional interactions and enable the transfer and acquisition of knowledge, skills and capabilities.

There is three primary categories; interpersonal, organisational and regulatory judgement enablers. Each category is organised into topics, and each topic is made up of self-service resources. The resources can be utilised by individuals for self-reflection work, or be used with peers and coaches. A number can also be used with stakeholder groups. It is recognised that the resources may be adapted over time to suit a range of utility and access options.
