Government needs to create digital transformation to better adapt services and products in a rapidly changing environment. To do this, government agencies and teams need to be agile and user-centred in their work.
But what does this mean? How do agencies and team begin their digital transformation?
The Digital Profession stream has created a series of short guides to introduce you to some modern ways of working. These guides describe basic ideas such as:

Some playbooks, or practical examples, are also included for teams to follow.
