Put together your agency’s vision, missions, goals, strategies, and tactics and anything else you feel might be appropriate. You’ll then need to show this in a clear way. Use visuals, presentations or reports, whatever works in your agency.

Get sign off

You should get agreement from your digital governance group, as well as any other appropriate senior executives.

You can get this in workshops, working groups or emails. Make sure it is documented before you proceed.
