This video was recorded in March 2022 at the APS Academy’s Craft Conversations event for the craft of Leadership and Management.

The conversation was between Stephanie Foster PSM, Deputy Secretary Governance in the Department of the Prime Minister and Cabinet and Chris Moraitis PSM, Director-General of the Office of the Special Investigator.

Stephanie and Chris discussed leadership and management in today’s APS. They touched on the nature of leadership and the importance of creating impact through practical adaptive and situational leadership at all levels.
