Executives: The Role of a Change Sponsor
This learning experience is a 2 hour instructor-led training for SES staff focusing on the role of the Sponsor and practical approaches to lead and support change outcomes. The training addresses the fundamental principles and benefits of change management. By understanding Sponsor responsibilities, participants can gain support, communicate change clearly, and seek alignment with the change objectives. Additionally, recognising the impact of change on staff well-being allows for the implementation of strategies that promote psychological safety and resilience.
