This course is available anytime and is delivered by Virtual Self-Directed.

These foundational AI resources are available to help support you in your AI journey regardless of what level of AI use you are currently at.

Start at the top with the short 'AI Foundations resource pack' to cover the core messages you need to know. This is the only activity in this resource suite that is considered mandatory.

All other resources and activities are optional. They have been designed as stand-alone elements so you can delve into the ones you need, and not duplicate where you feel you already have a strong understanding. Some are targeted at your own individual AI learning, and some focus on what you need to know as an APS leader.

These resources will be regularly updated so feel free to come back in the future and see what is new.

This learning experience has been provided by the Australian Public Service Commission.

Participant benefits

  • Grow your understanding of AI basics - both general and APS specific.
  • Familiarise yourself with APS AI governance and support options available.
  • Build AI confidence through experimentation with practical hand on activities.
