This resource provides a collection of DCCEEW’s pre-approved AI use cases that demonstrate practical applications of generative AI tools in everyday APS work.

The use cases cover common personal productivity activities including document summarisation, drafting and editing, data analysis, planning and organisation, and intelligent search.

When a DCCEEW staff members use of AI for personal productivity is aligned to these use case scenarios, they do not need to submit an AI use case approval to the Departments use case register.

Learners from other agencies can use these examples to better understand how use of AI can support productivity.

This learning experience has been provided by the Department of Climate Change, Energy, the Environment and Water.
