APS Academy 2023 Course Calendar released
The APS Academy is proud to release its course calendar for 2023. This year there are almost 400 sessions being offered across various APS crafts and professions.
Popular courses like Human Centred Design 101, Essential Writing for APS levels and Strategic Thinking and many more all have multiple sessions planned throughout the year. If you need to polish up your Influence, Negotiation and Persuasion skills or learn more about Delivering Great Policy, now is the time to book it into your calendar.
The APS workforce operates in an environment of rapid and continuous change. As a result, over time, everyone’s skillset and knowledge need ‘upgrading’. To future proof your career, regular investment in your skills, expertise and experience is essential.

Where do I start?
Talk to your manager about your development needs and make a plan for the year. If you manage people, have a conversation with them about their development needs and help them make a plan for the year as well.

Learning is also offered through craft ‘toolkits’ that contain a curated suite of resources such as:

- methodologies
- tools
- templates

Bespoke learning, such as eLearning courses, webinars, events and immersive offerings, are also available.
