Carla Dunn - Change Manager, Portfolio Change Stewardship Office, Department of Home Affairs

Carla Dunn brings 15+ years’ experience in the Australian Public Service working across a variety of corporate functions including becoming an Organisational Change Manager in 2014. She loves how change management not only supports individuals to cope with and adapt to change, but also enables organisations to maximise value from the changes they’re implementing and achieve the outcomes they’re seeking. Carla has supported and led a variety of change management efforts, including cultural, ICT and transformational change with both internal and external audiences. Her specialty lies in change management, change communication, internal communication, events and stakeholder engagement and management. Carla is excited to share her passion for change management and how change is managed across organisations.

As a Change Manager with the APS Change Management Centre of Excellence, Carla develops and delivers products and services to facilitate considered design, delivery, embedding and sustainment of change across the APS. She also contributes to building change capability across the APS so that effective change management is sustainable and enduring in the long term.
