Craft Conversations: A discussion with Charles Jennings on the art of integrating work and learning

This event aims to provide participants with the opportunity to really understand what is involved when we say ‘Continuous Learning’. Charles Jennings will share a practical model on how to maximise learning in the flow of work during this Craft Conversations event. The Add / Embed / Extract model will be discussed as a modern way of applying a proven methodology.  These insights will help you to continuously learn at work, no matter where you are in your career and regardless of your level in the public or the private sector. It should be a great conversation! Hope you can join us.

The Continuous Learning model is explained further for those in the Australian Public Service yet to have exposure to it.
