Leading Hybrid Teams - SES

This course will assist APS leaders at the SES level to develop the skills and techniques to build an effective and productive hybrid team working environment. In particular, this program will equip APS SES Leaders with knowledge and frameworks to overcome the challenges, make the most of the opportunities associated with leading hybrid teams at a senior level in an APS context; and to make flexible decisions in line with the intent of the APS Flexible Work Principles.

• Apply learnings in the workplace through an individually tailored SES action plan taking account of individual learning goals, self-reflection and the SES Leadership Capabilities; and informed by highly interactive group discussion; public sector-related case studies, and peer-based learning frameworks.

This course has a pre-reading component associated with the training and is required to be completed prior to the commencement of the course.
